Romania Tourism Min Pushes For More Casinos On The Seaside

Romania’s tourism minister Elena Udrea said a larger number of casinos on the seaside would certainly attract more tourists, adding this can only be accomplished with fiscal facilities.

"We want more casinos on the seaside. I must talk to Finance Ministry officials about potential fiscal facilities aiming to lure casino operators on the seaside," Udrea said Tuesday in Spain within the International Tourism Fair in Madrid.

Moreover, Udrea plans to have as many spas as possible on the seaside and to get hotel owners to accommodate tourists for Easter holidays too, not only during the summer.

The minister also said she would focus on a series of projects aiming to promote Romania’s seaside resorts a lot more.
