The five buses carry about 70 people, who refused to say why they came to Bucharest.

Under the law, voters who are not in their place of residence at the time of elections, are allowed to vote anywhere, on additional voters’ lists.

The Romanian government amended the EP election law last week and established that votes can be cast in any polling station but the identity of those voting on additional lists will be checked established in the place of residence. People casting more than one ballot risk prison sentences.
