“The Government will assign in August in the budget revision the due sums for the construction of homes,” Boc told the inhabitants of Ocnele Mari, Valcea county, where a supervised operation to bring down the top part of the saltworks began on July 15.
The first budget revision was performed in April, following the loan agreement with the International Monetary Fund and the European Commission.
Romania agreed with the IMF a EUR12.95 billion stand-by loan, as part of a EUR19.95 billion financial rescue package that also includes funds from the European Commission and other international institutions
