Romania’s Petrom Cuts Fuel Prices By RON0.03/Liter

Romania’s largest oil company Petrom (SNP.RO) Monday cut its gasoline and diesel oil pump prices by 0.03 lei (EUR1=RON4.2552) per liter.

Thus, one liter of unleaded Premium gasoline costs RON3.71 as of Monday, while the unleaded Top Premium 99+ gasoline can be bought with RON4.108 per liter, the company said.

One liter of OMV Carrera 95 and of OMV Carrera 100 will be sold for RON3.85, and RON4.48, respectively.

Diesel oils Top Euro Diesel 5 and Euro Diesel 5 cost now RON3.61 and RON3.45 per liter, respectively, while the OMV Sprint Diesel and OMV Premium Diesel are sold with RON3.66 and RON3.94 per liter.

Petrom is majority owned by Austria’s OMV AG (OMV.VI).
