In the shareholders meeting held on December 3, International Caviar Corporation shareholders decided to accept the offer, the company said Monday in a statement sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
Roland Erhard Schroder, who owns the biggest stake in the Romanian company, informed the other stockholders he received an official letter from Mercurius that said is willing to broker International Caviar Corporation’s floating.
The Calan-based company also plans to launch a public offering on Bucharest Stock Exchange, planning to sell 5 million shares.
International Caviar Corporation has a share capital of 8.6 million lei (EUR1=RON4.2141), split up into 86.5 million shares.
On Bucharest Stock’ Exchange’s Rasdaq market, International Caviar Corporation shares were last traded on November 30, at RON0.98. Thus, the company’s market value stands at RON84.8 million.
The company is owned by several German individuals, with the biggest stake, of 33.9%, held by Roland Erhard Schroder.
Mercurius is an investment bank established in April 2009 in Frankfurt, which provides trading services, institutional shares sales and structured products, mainly for small and medium-sized clients.
