The Romanian government recently adopted the draft law regarding its ability to issue decrees during the Parliament’s recess.
The government asked lawmakers’ approval to issue decrees during the Parliament’s winter recess, which target public finance and economy, justice, healthcare, transport and environment, and to postpone or amend several law-regulated deadlines.
