The ruling can be appealed within five days.

The Court has also registered a claim from an NGO requesting the Government decision’s annulment. This case will be heard on December 6.

On May 11, the Court of Mures county will hear a complaint filed by a Hungarian medical training association against the University.

The decision said the University would set up a new faculty, with teaching in Romanian, Hungarian and English. It was approved at the end of March by the Ungureanu Cabinet. This act was one of the issues on the motion of no-confidence that brought down the Cabinet.
