Absolute record of coronavirus infections in Romania: 9.714 new cases and 121 deaths

Romania breaks another record for new coronavirus infections on Thursday. There are 9.714 new cases in the last day and 121 deaths, and in intensive care patients have exceeded 1.000.

As of Thursday, November 5, in Romania, 276.802 cases of people infected with the new coronavirus were confirmed (COVID – 19).

191.085 patients were declared cured.

Following the tests performed at national level, compared to the last report, 9.714 new cases of people infected with SARS – CoV – 2 (COVID – 19) were registered, these being cases that had not previously had a positive test.

Aside from the newly confirmed cases, following the retest of patients who were already positive, 2.039 people were reconfirmed.

As of Thursday, 7.540 people diagnosed with SARS-CoV-2 infection have died.

Between 04.11.2020 (10:00) – 05.11.2020 (10:00) were reported 121 deaths (68 men and 53 women), of some patients infected with the new coronavirus, hospitalized in Alba, Arad, Argeş, Bacău, Bihor, Bistriţa-Năsăud, Botoşani, Braşov, Călăraşi, Caraş-Severin, Constanţa, Covasna, Dâmboviţa, Dolj, Galaţi, Gorj, Harghita, Ialomiţa, Iaşi, Mehedinţi, Mureş, Neamţ, Olt, Prahova, Sălaj, Suceava, Teleorman, Timiş, Tulcea, Vâlcea, Vaslui, Vrancea, Ilfov and Bucharest.
