Romanian Opposition To File Motions On Health, Agriculture

Ponta said the motion on health deals with the healthcare system’s poor financing, hospital reorganization, family physicians and discounted medicine.

The motion on agriculture warns that Romania might be affected by a food crisis, despite its farming potential, and calls for Agriculture Minister Valeriu Tabara’s resignation, said Ponta.

The opposition, made up of the Social Democratic Party, Liberal Party and Conservative Party, is organized into the Social-Liberal Union.
