The Court decided that there is a judicial conflict of constitutional nature between Parliament and Public Ministry which Kovesi triggered with her refusal to go in front of the inquiry committee and provide it with the information regarding the 2009 presidential elections the committee had demanded.

The Court thus decided that Kovesi must go in front of the committee and provide all information, documents or evidence that the committee requests.
