The banking sector drew over 20,000 employees lately, out of which many inexperienced, Alpha Bank CEO, Sergiu Oprescu, said.

Oprescu added that banks should focus on personnel training that would lead to its stabilization.

Parvu added one of the problems faced by banks is employees leaving to other banks after having benefited from training, so that banks should focus on keeping the personnel loyal and on maintaining costs in line with revenue.
