The president of the Romanian High Council of the Magistrates (CSM), judge Lidia Barbulescu, said the document published on the website, requesting authorization for the commencement of criminal investigations against former Prime Minister Adrian Nastase, is not an act that cannot be made public.
Nastase is accused of taking bribe and receiving illicit gains.
