Italy Maintains Access Restrictions For Romanian Workers

The Italian ministries of interior and social solidarity said in a joint circular that they decided to extend for another year the transitory regime regarding the access to the Italian work market of Romanians and Bulgarians, in view of the complete deregulation of the work done by employees, ANOFM said.   

However, the Italian government also maintained the exemptions from the labor restrictions for several categories of activities, such as agriculture, tourism-hotel, constructions etc.
