Romania PM Promotes Gheorghe Dobre As Secretary General With Development Ministry

Dobre was appointed deputy secretary general with the Development Ministry in May 2007 by then-liberal Prime Minister Calin Tariceanu.

Dobre headed the Transport Ministry until June 2006 when he was replaced by Radu Berceanu.
