According to Giurgiu County Police spokesperson Mirela Gheta, officers with the Giurgiu Organized Crime Department are investigating the two Bulgarian citizens, charged with illegally bringing high risk drugs into Romania.

The drugs were hidden in a plastic-coated pack of Kent cigarettes. The two men attempted to cross the border in an automobile driven by another Bulgarian citizen.
