BNP Paribas: Developer WDP Buys 50,000-Sqm Warehouse In Industrial Park Pitesti

WDP (Warehouses De Pauw), one of Europe’s leading industrial developers, is buying a 50,000-sqm land plot in industrial park Oarja-Pitesti, and BNP Paribas Real Estate brokers the transaction, BNP said in a statement.

„BNP Paribas Real Estate represented one of the leading international logistics operators within a negotiation process for the acquisition in leasing system of a warehouse located in Pitesti, Romania. The 50,000-sqm warehouse will be located in logistics park WDP Park Oarja-Pitesti,” the statement also reads.

WDP (Warehouses De Pauw) is one of the main industrial developers in countries like The Netherlands, France, Belgium and Luxembourg, where it holds a portfolio of modern storage facilities with a total surface area of nearly 3 million square meters. Since 2007, the company has also operated on the Romanian market.
