Bucharest Citizen Caught 31 Times Driving Without License
One Bucharest citizen, who is investigated by police on 30 counts of driving an unregistered vehicle and driving without a license, was once again caught Sunday behind the wheel of a car, driving without a license.

According to officers within the Bucharest Traffic Police, Florin S., aged 42, was driving a Volkswagen Passat car Sunday on Mihai Bravu road.
He was pulled over by a police unit that wanted to check the validity of the temporary license plates on the vehicle. Upon inspecting the documents, police officers noticed the driver does not have a license, which prompted officers to bring him up on charges of driving without a license.
Later, police officers discovered Florin S. is under investigation by the Traffic Police on 30 counts of driving without a license on public roads and driving an unregistered vehicle.
The quoted sources added all 30 counts were brought against him in the past 20 years, while Florin S. constantly says he has no time to go to driving school and to attend a license exam.
Florin S. was detained and will appear before the Bucharest District 3 Court today.
