Three Injured In Apartment Building Blast In E Romania

The blast, which was followed by a fire, may have affected the building’s structure and all occupants have been evacuated. Several cars parked outside the apartment building have also been affected.

Local ambulance services said three victims have been found under the debris and have been taken to hospital. Two of the victims have serious burns while the third, who suffered smoke poisoning, is stable.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the blast. Prefect Constantin Scripat said the blast is likely to have occured because of a gas leak.
