Romania’s Pres: Fincl Booms Will No Longer Return

The governments of the countries affected by the economic crisis have already taken cautious measures to prevent new crisis, Basescu added.

"Nothing will be as it was before the crisis. Those who think the booms will return, are mistaken. (…) The Governments took measures and regulated the financial circuits. The banks will no longer be free to generate crisis as the ones we are facing now. Nobody will throw with the money that does not exist," Basescu stated.
