According to the Naval Authorities in Constanta, activities in the ports Midia, Constanta Nord, Constanta Sud and Mangalia were halted at 2 a.m. due to low visibility of less than half a mile.

For the same reason, traffic on the Danube-Black Sea Canal was also halted.

The activity in the river port Constanta Sud was suspended for about an hour on Friday near midnight, due to poor visibility conditions.

Constanta Naval Authorities announced that activity in the port Mangalia was resumed around 8.40 a.m., but operations in the other sea ports are suspended until weather conditions improve.
