During this time, tenants will be notified that they need to find another place to live in, said Ilie Bolojan, head of the Government Secretariat General, or SGG.
Bolojan said that the ordinance regarding the use of the locative fund will be approved in the form forwarded by Government, that stipulates all RA-APPS buildings are to be sold.
The Constitutional Court Wednesday ruled that government ordinance no. 19/2002 on the use of the protocol locative fund, public property of the state that is administered by RA-APPS, cannot be promulgated by the president and needs to be re-examined by the Parliament.
On June 26, 2007 ordinance no. 28/2007 amending government ordinance no. 19/2002 was enacted by the Senate but on July 19, the president asked that the draft law be re-examined.
Some 70 members with the Chamber of Deputies, on December 19, 2007, made intimation with respect to the unconstitutionality of some stipulations within the ordinance.
