The minister said seaports Constanta, Mangalia and the Danube-Black Sea Canal have been reopened Friday, while traffic on the Danube’s Sulina arm is still restricted.

Railway traffic is also back to normal and delays registered are no longer than “a few minutes”.

Orban said some 30 snow clearing vehicles are cleaning the A2 highway, where operations are rendered difficult by persistent snowstorms.
