Grenade Blast Lightly Injures US Soldier During Drill In E Romania

Joint Task Force public relations officer Manuela Stroescu rold MEDIAFAX that the accident occurred around 11.00 local time, at the Babadag Range, in tulcea county, and the soldier was lightly injured but his life was never in danger.

Initial information shows that the soldier was injured when a grenade exploded in his vicinity.

At press time, the soldier was already at the Constanta County Emergency Clinic, where he will undergo medical investigations.
