The court ruled Friday on Becali’s appeal to a lower court’s decision to uphold his travel ban.
Becali, owner of Steaua Bucharest football club, is under investigation under charges of kidnapping and assault.
Becali was arrested in April and was released on probation after two weeks in prison on a pledge not to leave the country.
