Court Postpones Custody Trial Of Romanian TV Star Mihaela Radulescu

A Bucharest court adjourned Tuesday for one week the custody trial between Romanian TV star Mihaela Radulescu and her former husband Elan Schwartzenberg, and Radulescu was required to indicate an address for social workers to investigate the case of her son.

Schwartzenberg filed a lawsuit to gain custody of his son Ayan, who remained with his mother after the divorce.

Earlier this month, Radulescu urged authorities, including child protection services, to take action regarding the conflict she has with her former husband, who she claims threatened her. The TV star also said her ex threatened to take her child away from her and slip drugs into her purse to have her arrested.

The couple married in 2004, a few months before their son was born, and divorced in October 2008.
