The court sustained Blue Air’s appeal and denied insolvency claims raised by Carpatair and Service Service Excellence Solutions. The ruling is final, the company said.
Blue Air general manager Sheriff Ussama told a news conference Tuesday the company is doping better now than end last year.
In October 2010, the Bucharest Court sustained Carpatair and Service Excellence Solutions’s insolvency claims against Blue Air over a EUR30,000 debt.
Insolvency claims were filed mid-March 2010 and Blue Air paid off its debt a few days later.
Carpatair vice-president Paula Ardelean said in October Blue Air was supposed to address the court and have insolvency procedures suspended after it paid off its debt.
Ussama said Blue Air suffered losses in terms of image because of insolvency claims.
