Tatoiu introduced the Oriflame brand in Romania and developed the company, helping it become one of the largest firms of its type in Romania.

Tatoiu informed the group of her intention to retire in 2008. The change, however, was put off until early 2010, because of the economic crisis.

On April 1, 2010, Oriflame appointed Pavlina Marinova vice-president of sales and general manager of Oriflame Romania.

Marinova has a background of 15 years within the company, with various positions in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, as well as in other regions of the globe.

Oriflame is an international cosmetics company, active in direct sales in 62 countries.

The company cofounded the World Childhood Foundation and it is listed on the Nordic Exchange bourse.
