The government “disregards citizens’ interests”, the motion reads.

The Romanian government includes the Liberal Party and the Hungarian minority party UDMR, while the Social Democratic Party is the country’s largest opposition party.

Boc announced that PDL is collecting signatures for this ‘symbolic and political" motion, which will be submitted to the Parliament on November 23, ahead of general elections due on November 30.

Boc emphazised the party is not submitting a motion in the constitutional sense of the term.
