"The feasibility study was approved in the Government meeting, This study will also mention the exact location for the construction of the future airport. The exact location will not be revealed so that real estate sharks cannot profit from this information and purchase land in that area," ministry sources told MEDIAFAX.

Transport minister Ludovic Orban said in June that the airport would most likely be placed near the locality Adunatii Copaceni, in Giurgiu county, found some 20 kilometers outside Bucharest.
