"I believe these laws, such as the unitary wage and the pension system reform cannot be approved unless the Government takes responsibility for them, because these are laws that will rock the foundations of the public system in Romania, and the government will either enact them or step down," Boc said.
In his opinion, the schedule set for the development of the pension law will be maintained, thus, by December the law will be enacted in a format that complies with all Romanian pension system needs.
The prime minister dignitary went on saying the team working on the drafts has already been tasked with presenting, early September, a first draft of the law, which would immediately be put up for public debate and sent to Parliament for approval.
