EC Has Set No Date To Publish Justice Report For Romania, Bulgaria- Official
Mark Grey, spokesperson of the European Commission, said that the date to make public the report on the progress that Romania and Bulgaria have made in implementing justice reforms has not been set yet.

Grey said that the report might be made public by the end of the month. He added that for the time being no draft regarding the report has been drawn up.
Bulgaria’s Novinite.com site said that the report regarding Romania’s and Bulgaria’s progresses in the justice field is to be issued on January 31.
Nicolae Idu, the new head of the EC office in Bucharest, told RFI Romania in an interview that Romania has to make progresses in reforming its justice field and the politicians need to fulfill their commitments toward the European Union to avoid a possible activation of the safeguard clause
He mentioned the European Commission will decide upon activating the safeguard clause in June.
