Gray did not give details about the content of the report, but said the Commission intends to adopt the interim reports for both EU newcomers.

The European official added the interim reports will include an evaluation of the progress made by the two countries in the last six months, but will focus on recommendations on what still needs to be done until the final report, which is due out in June.
Gray added the EU’s intention is to have reports that are fair, factual and frank.
