The funds will be included in the Finance Ministry’s budget, but will be granted starting July 1, 2010.

The Government decided in an emergency ordinance that the salary rights that must be paid according to court rulings will be paid in tranches of one third of the total sum in the 2010-2012 interval. In 2010, the Government must pay 34% of the money.

Employees in the justice and penitentiary administration sectors are the main public sector employees that won salary rights in court.
