A government document obtained by MEDIAFAX reveals the Government's Secretariat General has registered approximately 200 complaints so far on the recalculation of special pensions, claiming they are illegal and should be repealed.
The law requires the secretariat to forward the complaints to the initiators of the laws being contested and the initiators must analyze the respective claims and issue a response.
However, the Government expects the number of complaints to rise to tens of thousands and has proposed to have all such claims dismissed to save correspondence costs.
