Romania Gets Yellow-Code Weather Warning For Rain, Thunderstorms

The warning was issued for counties Alba, Arad, Arges, Bacau, Bihor, Bistrita-Nasaud, Botosani, Brasov, Buzau, Caras-Severin, Cluj, Covasna, Dambovita, Dolj, Galati, Giurgiu, Gorj, Harghita, Hunedoara, Iasi, Ilfov, Maramures, Mehedinti, Mures, Neamt, Olt, Prahova, Satu-Mare, Salaj, Sibiu, Suceava, Teleorman, Timis, Vaslui, Valcea, Vrancea and capital city Bucharest.

 

The quantity of rain is expected to exceed 30-35 liters per square meter and even 50-60 liters per square meters in some areas.
