The court will impose certain restrictions. Stanculescu is banned from leaving Bucharest and Ilfov County without the court’s permission. He must turn up at the local police department whenever he is called and carry no weapons.
The Military Court sent copies of this decision to the Bucharest Police Department, the Gendarmerie, Border Police and Sector 1 Community Police. Another copy is to be sent to Jilava Penitentiary, where Stanculescu is serving his sentence.
The decision can be appealed within ten days at the Military Court Court of Appeals.
