Four Employees Injured In Blast In Romania’s Mechel Targoviste
Primary investigations show that the installation of the furnace meant for burning lime exploded, injuring four people.
Two of the victims, a man and a woman, have suffered burns on large parts of the body and were taken to Bucharest.
According to Carmen Mincu, head of the emergency hospital in Targoviste, the two have two and third degree burns on nearly 50% of the body.
The other two employees suffered small burns and remained in the care of the ophthalmology department of the local emergency hospital.
