Four Romanians and three Bulgarians were arrested in Greece, as they were carrying a large number of fake credit cards, clones of original ones, copied by "skimming." They were active in England and in Athens, Ana-mpa.gr informed.

Four Romanians, Three Bulgarians Arrested For Bank Fraud In Greece

According to police, three separate operations were organized, to neutralize an international crime ring active in bank fraud.

Two Romanians were arrested Friday in the Nikaia labor district of Piraeus, under charges of defrauding ATMs and illegally withdrawing EUR33,200.
 
Saturday, the Bulgarians were caught in central Athens and were found to carry nine fake credit cards. The suspects used cloned credit cards and operated several cash withdrawals from an ATM in the west side of the city, as well as in Sao Paolo, Brazil.
 
Another two Romanians were arrested Sunday after reaching the Athens airport with 328 cloned credit cards.
 
Interpol, Europol and banks were informed of these incidents.
