Another five Romanians have died due to coronavirus. Among them, an ambulance driver in the Capital

According to the Strategic Communication Group (GCS), a 57-year-old man from Vâlcea county, hospitalized on April 12 in the Cardiology Section of the Râmnicu Vâlcea Emergency Hospital, died on April 14. He suffered from insulin-dependent diabetes; post-infarction sequelae, severe dyslipidemia, obesity.

A 70-year-old man from Suceava county, hospitalized on March 21-23 in the Suceava Emergency Hospital, Neurology Section, died on April 13. Pre-existing conditions: ischemic stroke, left hemiparesis, untreated HTA std III.

Also, a 56-year-old man from Bucharest, a private ambulance driver transporting patients for dialysis, admitted on March 23, 2020 to the National Institute of Infectious Diseases „Matei Balş”, died on April 13.

A 69-year-old woman from Hunedoara county, hospitalized on March 28 at the Hunedoara Municipal Hospital, Urology Section, died on April 9. Diagnosis: cervical neoplasm with small pelvic invasion, cutaneous urethrostoma, obstructive uropathy, renal failure.

And an 86-year-old man from Hunedoara county, from a care centre, died on April 14. He had been admitted on April 9.

So far, since the beginning of the pandemic, 351 people have died.
