German Tourist Dies During Tour Of Transylvania

The man, 74, felt sick and was immediately taken to a hotel room where he died at around 8 p.m..

Police spokeswoman Claudia Creta said Thursday the German citizen was on a tour to visit Transylvania.

Creta said an ambulance was called but doctors could not resuscitate the man, adding the body was transported to the Bistrita-Nasaud County hospital for necropsy to determine the cause of death.
