Romania's Privatization Authority AVAS will put up for sale the majority stake in Romanian maritime transport company CNM Petromin Constanta, at a starting price of 39.35 million lei (EUR1=RON3.7933).

The bid will take place on February 17, 2009, at AVAS headquarters.

AVAS will put up for sale a 70.01157% stake, namely 15,743,901 shares.

The company’s presentation file can be bought as of December 10 while the participation documents must be submitted until February 16, 2009.
