Romanian Pensioners Will Still Get Heating Aid After Pension Hikes – Fin Min

"Pension increases won’t affect pensioners who benefitted from this type of aid so far, because the subsidy ceiling will be increased at the same time as pensions,” Vosganian said after the meeting of the Liberal Party’s central standing office meeting. 

 

The minister added heating aid will be adjusted to natural gas price hikes, to ensure the aid remains “at least as large as it currently is” in real terms.
