Sabyc Fertility Clinic Head, Secretary To Be Investigated At Large
The two, investigated in a human egg trafficking case, are not allowed to leave Bucharest during the investigations, may not contact any other people indicted or victims in the egg trafficking scandal and Israeli doctor Harry Mironescu may not practice medicine throughout the investigations.
The two will be released from custody, as the Court of Appeals’ ruling is final.
Mironescu’s son, Yair Miron, arrested along the two in July, was released on August 21 following a ruling of the Court of Appeals.
He three are accused of forming a criminal group that trafficked human eggs. Two other Israeli doctors working at the fertility clinic in Bucharest, Nathan Levitt and Genya Ziskind, are also investigated at large in the file and are banned from leaving Romania.
