Ford’s Romanian Unit Automobile Craiova Names New Head

Automobile Craiova has a share capital of 39.78 million lei (EUR=RON4.2923), split up into 18.94 million shares, with a face value of RON2.1 each.

The company posted a turnover of RON4.62 million in the January-June period, down 2.9% compared with RON4.76 million in the same period a year ago.

Its first half revenues totaled RON4.89 million, down 1.9% on the year, while its expenses fell 13.7%, from RON3.64 million to RON3.14 million.

In their latest trade on Rasdaq market Wednesday, the company’s shares closed at RON16.5, thus, its market value stood at RON312.5 million.
