Graure was appointed to this position, for three months, on December 19, 2009, the reconfirmed on March 23, for another three months.
The Romanian Turceni and Rovinari thermal power producers are run by interim managers since last year. A definitive management structure was no longer validated, since both companies are to be included in upcoming power giant Electra.
Electra will also include the Craiova thermal power producer, lignite mining company SNLO, nuclear power plant Nuclearelectra and one part of hydropower producer Hidroelectrica.
