According to the new propositions, already sent by the Ministry of Labor to unionists, the hierarchy quotients were reduced by up to 25%.

A 25% reduction was applied to leadership positions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Thus, ambassadors would obtain incomes between 6.50 and 8.10 minimum wages.

In addition, the diplomatic adviser would receive between 4.80 and 6 minimum wages on economy, the result of a 25% reduction.

A 25% reduction was also applied to the salary of the secretary general in the rank of ambassador within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as the hierarchy quotient was reduced from 10.89 to 8.20.

According to the new draft, the president of the National Integrity Agency would receive a salary 25% lower than the one established in the initial propositions, since the hierarchy quotient was reduced from 13.70 to 10.95, while the vice-president’s quotient would decrease from 12.95 to 10.35.
