Steaua Bucharest drew 1-1 (0-0) in the away match with Moldova’s Serif Tiraspol in Europa League group G and missed qualification for the last 32 of the competition.

FC Timisoara was defeated 2-1 (1-1) by Dutch team Ajax Amsterdam in Europa League group A.
