Powerful Flashflood Hits NW Romania
Anca Stanescu, spokesperson of Cluj prefect office, said 123 hectares of land, 19 hectares of farming crops, 35 households and 30 wells in Sanpaul village were flooded after heavy rains increased the Borsa river flow.
Damages caused by floods will be assessed in the upcoming days.
