KPMG: Romania Property Lending To Remain Prudent

The Romanian real estate market is still in a relative state of stagnation and lending in the sector is unlikely to pick up any time soon, due to the high level of non-performing loans, a survey from tax and audit firm KPMG showed Wednesday.
