Wizz Air To Launch Flights From Bucharest And Cluj-Napoca To Grenoble

“The new flights add to other development projects Wizz Air has in Romania, that include, among others, providing a third aircraft for the Bucharest Airport and doubling transport capacity in Romania,” the company said in a press release.

The price of a ticket for a Cluj Napoca – Grenoble flight starts from 220 lei (EUR1=RON4,2116), and for a Bucharest – Grenoble flight from RON260, taxes included.

The company opened the third operation site in Timisoara and introduced flights to Barcelona, Milan, Valencia, Venice and Paris. It also provided two new Airbus 320 aircrafts for the airports in Bucharest and Timisoara, western Romania, and one for the airport in Cluj-Napoca, northwestern Romania.

Blue Air, Germanwings, easyJet, SkyEurope and Ryanair are other low-cost airliners operating in Romania.
